We ship all prepaid orders within 5-7 business days. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may take 1-2 extra days to ship. You can check the estimated delivery time during checkout.
Yes, you can cancel an order before it is shipped. After delivery, you may submit a return request within 7 days via the "My Orders" section, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). You may also receive an additional discount for online payments.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number. You can also track the status by logging into the "My Orders" page.
